– Financial problems

– Substance abuse
– Domestic abuse
– Physical health problems
– A combination of any of the above
– No support system to help
All of our case managers have master’s degrees and appropriate licensure to provide the best assistance to our guests. The first goal of our case managers is to identify the biggest barrier to a person’s success. Once a case manager uncovers the obstacles, they will steer his client through the selected programs best suited to an individual’s needs.
In many instances, our homeless clients are assigned to professional counselors to help them manage substance abuse or mental health issues. Many of our Veteran clients are seeking help with post-traumatic stress disorder and other issues associated with the horrors of war.
We are fortunate to have strong partnerships with local mental healthcare providers who can provide support for what is often one of the biggest hurdles a homeless person faces.
