Donors and Volunteers
As you explore our website, we may require you to register or provide personal information in order to donate, volunteer, or subscribe to our newsletter. This information will be added to our database and used to fulfill your requests on the website. Your personal information will not be shared, sold, rented, or exchanged to any third-party unless as part of donation, volunteer registration, or subscription. We may use your information to market our volunteer and donation opportunities to you through third-party representatives or contractors. Newsletters and volunteer registration are securely handled and managed by third party companies including, but not limited to Blackbaud and VolunteerHub. We collect anonymous statistical information when you access the website. This information allows us to locate errors and make the website more useful to our visitors. If demographic information is requested by certain site applications, it is optional. If you choose to share demographic information, it may be provided to third parties as aggregate information.

Clients
One80 Place will request only the information necessary to adequately assess your situation, and to develop and implement effective service and/or treatment plans, including delivery of services and appropriate referrals.  Unless required in writing by contract or regulatory authorities, or necessary to design and implement effective intervention strategies, One80 Place personnel will not request the disclosure of your 1) religious preference, or 2) legal status related to residency or citizenship.  One80 Place will not take identifiable photographs, film, or otherwise record you without your informed, written consent, for purposes other than identification, diagnosis, or as required by law.  One80 Place will make every effort to ensure your confidentiality of information and will inform you of the conditions under which information may be requested, the possible consequences of your disclosure of information, and the conditions under which the organization may be legally or ethically required to release confidential or private information.  One80 Place will comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations relating to the protection of confidential information, including, but not limited to, Protected Health Information (PHI).

MAILING LISTS

If you choose to share your email address, One80 Place may contact you periodically with organizational updates and opportunities to donate or volunteer. Emails sent to you by One80 Place will offer you the option to be removed from the email mailing list. Selected applications on our website may also allow you to subscribe to our newsletter by providing your name and address to One80 Place. If you provide your mailing address or telephone number, One80 Place, in addition to providing you with our newsletter and annual report, may also use this information to alert you of opportunities to donate or volunteer. FINANCIAL INFORMATION

One80 Place will protect any personal financial information you share with us. Credit Card and bank account information is collected only in order to process financial transactions that you initiate. This information is securely handled and is processed by third party companies including, but not limited to Blackbaud Merchant Services, Stripe and Square. Our site includes links to other websites whose privacy policies are not in our control.
